This individual will support:
1) Sample testing for PK, Ab assays
2) Sample testing for JCV Ab assay when needed
3) Assay Development and Sample analysis support in the
scrambled tysabri and IgG4 assay
4) Retain Tysabri ECL immnuogenicity assay in-house to perform
the retrospective sample testing (FDA PMC).
5) Real time assay support for plasma exchange study.
6) Support for vaccination and immunophenotyping PMC.
This individual should be experienced in:
· Developing and validating immunoassays for analysis of
preclinical and clinical serum and/or blood samples
· Participate in troubleshooting existing immunoassays and modification
of assay procedures for routine implementation.
· Performing routine and complex assays in support of clinical
and preclinical studies
· Adapting existing procedures to automated formats
· Performing related duties such as quality control and instrument
preventative maintenance
· Prepare technical reports, summaries, standard operating
procedures and quantitative analyses.
In addition, the candidate should possess good interpersonal
skills, have attention to detail and able to work well in a dynamic team.
Familiarity with computer applications: spreadsheet/databases. Good technical
writing skills.
Education: BS,
MS, PhD with 2-10 years of experience
