1. Work hard to find clients the best possible candidates for their positions.
2. Try to maintain confidentiality for candidates when this is important.
3. Try to represent clients who are among the best employers in the industry; who provide an excellent work environment and treat their employees well.
4. Communicate the needs and desires of client and candidate as clearly, accurately and tactfully as possible.
5. Never try to entice a candidate into an unsuitable position.
6. Try to be helpful for candidates, regardless of whether we have a suitable open position.
7. Treat all with courtesy, respect and honesty.
8. Do not recruit from clients.
9. Respect and obey the law in all areas of business, including employment law, tax and accounting law and law pertaining to general business practice.
