Description
We are looking for exceptional candidates to support a
number of exciting and challenging biologics projects. The successful candidate
will apply novel and innovative mass spectrometry techniques to the analysis
and structural characterization of complex glycosylated proteins. You will have
familiarity and experience with proteomics and the use of LC-MS and other mass
spectrometric methods for protein and oligosaccharide structure
characterization. You will also be familiar with biochemical sample
manipulation techniques, such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, ELISA and peptide
mapping. A demonstrated track-record of
incorporating multiple characterization techniques (e.g. MS, chromatography) in
a synergistic way to solve complex structural problems
would be of particular value.
Requirements:
·
PhD in Analytical chemistry or related discipline with 0-3
years experience or MS with 5+ years experience in a pharmaceutical or
biotechnology industry setting.

Extensive experience in the area of proteomics and LC-MS.
·
Outstanding written and verbal skills as well as problem
solving skills.
·
Demonstrated team player with experience contributing to
multi-disciplinary project teams.
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
