*Product Specialist Positions:
We currently have
openings for Product Specialists (Service Engineers) in the United States, Western Canada and United Kingdom to provide service support to
mSPEC customers in the installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of
single and triple quad mass spectrometer as well as related systems. The
position requires troubleshooting electromechanical systems, testing, adjusting
and replacing defective or improperly functioning circuitry as well as
electronic and mechanical components, running and analyzing test samples,
reviewing instrument output (spectrums) and adjusting system parameters to meet
instrument operating specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- AS/AA Electronics
Engineering Technology, Chemistry or related field or equivalent
experience
- 3-5 years technical
knowledge in repair and maintenance of LCMS instrumentation
- 3-5 years customer
service experience
- Applied Biosystems /
MDS Sciex™ related experience desirable
- Good organizational
and troubleshooting skills
- Good verbal &
written communication skills
- Ability to build
interpersonal relationships
